CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Anger Management Class - Managing feelings of anger and frustration in an appropriate way
Parenting 1 Class - Developing parenting skills and habits, perform a clarification of their values regarding family, and establish appropriate discipline routines. (Parenting 2 Class - Managing Medication/Budgeting/Health and Nutrition)
Recovery Management/Relapse Prevention - Recognizing risky situations, coping with urges and cravings, being around users, understanding support issues and taking charge
Men’s Process Group - Empowering Men in Recovery as Men of Standards)
Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP) - Covers the issues of power and control
Women’s Process Group - Empowering women in Recovery to build up their self -confidence
Continuing Aftercare - Ongoing support group for persons in their first year of recovery
Trauma Class for WOMEN Only - Symptoms of Trauma, traumatic brain injury, violence or mental health issues including SUD
Codependency CLASS - Confronts the key issues of codependency including manipulation and dependent
